Hotmail in Mail.app

Before i start this is for a UK EMAIL ADDRESS, [@hotmail.co.uk]
can anyone give me a simple guide to accessing my hotmail uk account through mail.app as numerous guides i have found are just not recieving any mail...please keep it simple, i have httpplugin if that helps? i have just checked and i managed to send an email but i cant view any,

Searching would show you that you can't do it for free. MacFreePOPs might work, though.

You could use a GMX mail account to pull new email from your hotmail. But you wouldn't be able to send from hotmail in Mail.app.
