How can i make a widget out of this?

I have this site http://www.zita.be/tv/tv-gids/ , wich shows what's on tv at this moment and later on and previous.. But i would like to have this in a widget.. Now i don't know how to do this.. I also don't have dashcode i don't have leopard, so webclip doesn't work. Does anyone of you know how i can do this? or if someone would like to make it?
