I got the iTether app before Apple pulled it. How can I share this app with friends? I tried the Bump app but it only recognizes about 3 of my apps.

How can I share the iTether app with friends? Bump?

Sync your friend's account with your iTunes account. Outside of that, they are SOL. Just so you are aware, bump does nothing more than find the app on the store for you. If the app no longer exists on the store, there is nothing for it to find.
Will syncing their account wipe out all of their stuff? Any way to do this temporarily just to get the app transferred, and then get all of their stuff back?
