How Can I Split MP4's?

I would like to spilt MP4's I have so I get certain scenes and the like, is there a way to do this?

You need QuickTime Pro. There may be a freeware alternative.

I don't really want to compress it as that wouldn't be good, isn't there something like MKVMerge but for MP4's?

I can't imagine you'd be compressing it. You'd open it with Quicktime and cut out the sections you want.
