Hi,

I searched the forums, but couldn't find a post about this problem.

There are a few open networks I have connected to in the past, but they do not provide access to the internet. Now, when I am within their range, my iPod will connect to them, even if I'm not trying to use the internet (presumably it does this to check my e-mail). This doesn't accomplish anything because they don't provide internet access, but it does drain my battery.

Is there a way I can "unapprove" or blacklist these networks?

Thanks,

Luke

there is a blue arrow button to the right of the network name, press it.

first option: forget this network
