    Hi,

I have 8 files in a directory, how do I get a total file size for a group of files in Snow Leopard? The menu option gives me 'File Info' but this opens 8 windows.

    Cheers,
    Picco

Alt + Command + I when the files are highlighted.

Isn't another way to do 'Get Info' on the folder the files are in? That's what I usually do....although if you want to get total for just some of the files in the folder then the other ways suggested make sense....
