How Do I Get Glass Orb Dock???

Hi,
I'm using an iPod Touch 3G and I really want this dock. I downloaded the Glass Orb theme but the dock wasen't there. I downloaded the dock only themes but that did nothing too. What do I do to get this custom dock?

SSH into your iPod. then go to the themes folder in Library and then create a new Folder.Drag that image into that folder and rename the image as Dock.png. then go to winterboard and activate your new folder. it should work.
