iPod How do I import my playlists, ratings and play count from PC to Mac?

I tried to search this topic already and couldn't find anything on it. I just put all my music on my new iMac and now I want to import my playlists, ratings and playcounts over to my new music library. This library has a lot more songs than my old one but still includes all the music I had in my old one. Will this effect my playlists? How exactly do I go about importing my playlists and everything else? I tried copying and replacing the iTunes folder, the .xml file but nothing happened. Any tips? Thanks so much in advance!

You could try Senuti (it's free). It's supposed to take everything from your iPod and push it to your mac. I just tried this with my new iMac, and it didn't work for me. But it's supposed to.

just transfer your entire itunes folder. the xml file in it keeps the information for play count and such.

I tried what the guy above me said and it didn't work. Any other ideas?
