How do I insert Photos as Attached Photos in the Forums?

Hi, I've chastised from posting full resolution pics that are too big. How do I insert them in the Attached Thumbnail boxes I see?

Click Post reply then click on manage attachments then a box pops up and there in the box you should see the max size it will support to insert.
