Is there a relatively painless way of replacing the grey color used for the windows in OSX?
Ideally I would like to change the color used by individual applications, and have the changes stick after restart.
Any links to apps that do this would be appreciated, or to more granular methods. CrystalClear Interface is one app I have heard of.

    Running Snow Leopard.

Thanks for the reply. I thought Geektool was just for displaying stuff on the desktop? Unfortunately the link does not help with changing all that grey to something more colorful.

Crystalclear is another one to look at:

I have known people use terminal, but that's a little fiddly.

Do you know where such information lies? I don't mind a little fiddle.
