how long do ech gen of iMac and mabook pros get support

hello every one

I have a 2019 27 inch 5k iMac and 16 inch MacBook Pro of the same year both i9 16 ram iMac has 2tb ssd and laptop has 1tb ssd I was looking to know how long they will support them with the move to three Owen apple silicone I was planing to upgrade in 2025 as apple silicone will been out a while and most software will be compatible hopefully :)

Catalina supports iMacs and MacBook Pro’s from 2012 so that’s 7 years of having the latest OS. Add in the support that Catalina will receive for security updates and you’d likely get an extra 2-3 years of security once you can’t natively install the latest OS.

So you’re looking at roughly 2028-2029 before either of those Macs are no longer supported.

so with my to machines with Mac OS big I get 7 years of the latest Mac OS be for I have to change out to new machines
