There are far too many variables and unknowns to make this thread worth anything. After all, I could probably get about a day of usage if I were to throw my phone into Airplane Mode and simply play music. Likewise, I could just as easily turn on a GPS, start a background video rendering, and play Infinity Blade 2 all at once and be lucky if I get a half hour. Heck, I could simply place the phone in a locker and watch as it drains itself dry in no time while searching for a 3G signal while on Standby.

To play along, I"m currently at 7%.
iPhone 4S
iOS 5.1
Usage: 5h 24m
Standby: 18h 8m

The usage is a mixture of WiFi and 3g, calls, texts, web browsing, video watching, some music, a few photos, some games (anything from Draw Something to the before mentioned IB2), minor navigation, and various dedicated browsing apps (facebook, twitter, and numerous ones for news).
