It's fast, faster than my 4S was...From 10% it takes less than 2 hours with the lighting cable, I usually charge in Airplane mode...BT Wifi etc off.

Not long at all maybe 2-3 hours from almost deadish to almost full. Using the original iPhone 2g charger though :)

Less than an hour if the battery still has 40 to 50%. Much less.

No doubt the battery charges faster than my 4 or 4S.:D

Never bothered to time it, but the iPhone 5 definitely charges quicker than the 4.

Same exact. Wonder if charge time is lessened cause of our use of original 2g charger.
    What is meant by this?

My i5 is definitely the fastest charing iPhone of them all. There's no doubt. However, I drained the battery to completely dead and it took ~3 hours to charge to 100%. But casual recharges take significantly less.

About two hours, more or less, to go from 1% to 100% sigh the "charged" icon. Or 1.5 for a low battery (10%-ish) to a trickle charge, which is usually 95%.

    Recharge from where OP ?

Poll Question could have been asked differently. Since you did not ask how long does it take to charge from what percentage left to 100%. Everyone is different according to what battery percentage is left on the phone prior to charging it up, so anyone wanting to know how long it took for one person over another, the poll does not really answer this.

    Example:

How long it took to reach 100% from 1% left ;)

How long it took to reach 100% from 5% and so one

2 hours from 1%. In super happy about this! Fastest charging phone I've ever had. Oh.... Maybe this is why it's the Lightning Connector???

Yeah it is about 2 hours. Has anyone noticed a difference with a car charger or done through computer?
