So I have received an exchanged iPhone 5 and sent the other one back before activating the exchanged device. I went to activate it, but it telling me to call a certain number. I am unable to call that number because I don't have a phone anymore connected to a network. I tried activating it on the Verizon website and on Verizon, it shows that the exchanged phone is now what's on the line. I restarted my phone, but it's saying that it's not activating and telling me to call into that same number. Is there perhaps an Apple Support email that I can send an email to?
