How to change Chrome's ordering of auto-complete for web addresses?

Chrome seems to have a very annoying 'bug'.

A few times a day I go to news.sky.com. By simply typing "sk" and hitting enter, Chrome autocompletes and navigates to the site.

But before xmas, I once went to Sky's online store. Now, whenever I type "sk" it autocompletes to sky.com/shop/tv/

It ignores the fact that I go to news.sky.com a lot more frequently. Is there any way I can change this behaviour?

But I don't want to delete any of my history. It's useful.

I am not saying your entire history, only that one entry. Since you only went their once, I assume you won't need it again, or in case, it should be easy to find anyway.
