How to change Office 08 Dictionary from English (US) to English (UK)

Now, I have nothing against the american language, but it gets quite annoying when word tells me everything is "ization" instead of the uk "isation"... I have tried to change it in spelling preferences, at the moment the dictionary is listed as "custom dictionary", and there are no other choices available.

Could anyone help me?

My problem now is that I go to tools > language, and change from US to UK, it prompts me to check I want to change the normal template.. I say yes and for a few minutes it works off the UK dictionary. And then goes back to US. I hate Office sometimes!!!
