How do i put well all of my files on my mac from my old pc? and how long will it take? any help is usefull thanks

how to convert my old itunes on my pc to my new mac?

Navigate to to My Documents/My Music on your PC. Copy the iTunes folder into Music on your Mac (replacing the blank one of your Mac). When you start iTunes on your Mac it should recognize the old library. It may need to convert a few files or run some other operation but you will be able to enjoy your music and videos shortly thereafter.
