How to create a distributable photo slideshow screensaver?

The title pretty much says most of it, I need to create a distributable photo-slideshow screensaver for Mac. No alternative, I know you guys are thinking go to iPhoto on each and make it, but that's not a possibility. It also can't be done via a full screen web page. It has to be a screensaver.

So, any thoughts?
(p.s. I found iScreensaver but it's shareware - similar free software?)
