how to download video from a website ( not Youtube)

    does anybody know how to download a video from a website.( not Youtube, or any video hosting website)

    i normally check the Window>activity and able to locate the .flv file but on some website i cannot find any

    here is an example of the video that doesnt have the .flv on the Window>Activity

    please help me to download the video from that kind of website

    It's not an .flv, but a .swf. Doesn't look like you can download it.

    I just downloaded it

    Hi - I just downloaded the Chanel fashion show clip you wanted. It is an FLV. I used Jaksta for Mac - it's not free - it's $49.95 - but it worked really well. (the fashion show is wild btw)
