Like 3 weeks ago i tried installing the Yosemite beta, but soon after i had started downloading it, i regretted it. So i stopped the download, only to have it sit in my launchpad. And like 5 days ago i updated to the "released" version of Yosemite via app store. I thought this would remove the beta download from launchpad and take away the empty bar underneath the launchpad icon. It didn't. I've "deleted" the only thing i could find via finder related, a file called "Yosemite Beta" or something like that. It's still there. How do i get rid of it?

Thanks

just tried that myself, worked but then it just came back as OS X Yosemite Beta 4, deleted that and now it seems to be gone. Thank you, buy why is there only an x on certain programs there? I can't delete skype, f.lux and so on. Not that it bothers me, just a question. :apple:
