How can I do that so i import them all at once? Because I really don't want to import all 100+ photos individualy..

One way would be to select all of them in Finder, and drag them to iPhoto. I'm reasonably sure you can select multiple photos in the "Import Photos" dialogue as well.

Yep, just select them all & drag em in. Once finished, you can delete the files from our desktop as they will reside in iPhoto & little point in 2 copies....

THis being true, I really would not be hasty in deleting the original copies, at least not until you back them up elsewhere. Then delete the original photos, and remember to backup your iPhoto Library as well.
