How to insert an image in a forum like this one

I frequent wetcanvas.com and that forum is built just like this forum. It has the little mountain picture icon for inserting an image. The problem is, there is no way to choose a file name to upload to the forum and insert in the post. Anyone know another way to accomplish uploading an image using iPad?
