How to make Apple mail not delete messages from server?

I really love this, the way it cluster related mails together is so cool.

Good, isn't it.

I use a POP account with two Macs accessing it so I've set it to leave Mail on there for a week. This gives me more than enough time to download it on both my Macs.

Is there a way to do this with rules so if you get spam, you block from entering the mail app but delete it from the server too? Maybe with applescript?
