Is there a way to e-mail a problem that I'm having with Tiger??
Nothing big, but sometimes I have to restart my Powerbook in the morning. Seems to "get stuck" and Tiger doesn't fully load. Second go round does the trick.
Also, in Mail, I'll bring up the fonts and on occasion, I get no response from the Font dialog box. Instead, I get a message asking if I really do want to delete the Fonts.

I saw that. I put 10.3, but noted in the comments that it was Tiger I was discussing.
I couldn't access the one about the Bugs.

I think some of the problems you are experiencing aren't typical, and should be troubleshot (troubleshooted?) before reporting them as "bugs".
 
I have reported the Form Bug (the lack of form being updated) to Apple using the form.

I don't if I can get away with calling it a bug or not
