iPod How to transer songs from one computer to another?

Hi there, I have recently bought a new laptop, but my small dilemma is that all the songs on my ipod are stored on itunes on my old computer. How can I transfer the songs, short of buying a mass storage device?

If there both macs get a firewire cable and transfer beetween them like that, you could also network them and transfer the songs via ethernet,

They're both PC's
But I guess I could network them.
