iPod touch how to transfer apps to the Ipod ?

Hi Iam a new member in this forum and I would like to know how to transfer apps to the I pod and my software version is : 3.1.2

Build version : 7D11

Just plug it into iTunes and go through your iPod's screen in iTunes and use the tabs to select what you want to sync over to it. Then click the sync or apply button.
