    iPhoto.

Make a new album. Name it whatever. In this example, let's say "Ned".

In iTunes, go to Photos, and select that (Ned) album.

    Sync.

    Enjoy.

How many pics? If it's not a lot you can always just attach them in an email or by text and send to yourself, then just save to camera roll. Or, if you have Facebook, you can PM them to yourself and save the image to your phone from the PM. It's just a quick work around that I do sometimes.

It's an app for Android, iOS, PC & MAC. Once installed you can transfer via WiFi to pretty much anything including many NAS's.

From iTunes you can also sync an arbitrary directory of images. Useful for those of us who don't want to bother with iPhoto.

    Do this.

Google it and the results will also tell you the details. Click the result that will show the app at iTunes. You can do this for yourself.

Yes, $4.99 I think. The PC and Mac apps are free.

How to transfer pictures from computer to iPhone

There's is an app called Image Capture in Apple OS to do this. As for putting photos in iPhone, just create a folder in your PC then put the photos you want in that folder and point iTunes to add those photos in your device.
