    Hey all,

I have an iPhone 3GS running 4.1, that i have jailbroken (with redsn0w), and unlocked to the baseband 06.15.00 (i had no choice to use the 06.15.00 baseband due to me having T-Mobile and my original baseband couldn't be unlocked). What steps do i have to take to upgrade from 4.1 to 4.3? Can i upgrade to 4.3 with my current 06.15.00 baseband and keep my jailbreak? If so, how can i restore all of my Cydia things (apps, tweaks, etc) when i upgrade?

If you have any advice on how to do this, i would greatly appreciate it. I'm pretty new to the whole jailbreaking/unlocking world. Thank you guys very much!

You need to use a custom firmware. Your jailbroken apps will be lost, but you could use an app like pkgbackup to automate the reinstallation of your apps. If after restoring to the custom firmware you restore your backup from iTunes, the settings for all those apps *should* come back

You need to also use your blobs for any upgrade that's not the current iOS.

Don't think that's true when using a custom firmware.
