I just got a new 4K OLED TV and was wondering how I would best watch the videos I shot in 4K on it natively.

Will that work for AirPlay, using the Apple TV 4K to view 4k content from an iPhone?
What about HDR photos, will it show on your tv in HDR?
I do have a 4k HDR tv and an iPhone X, but not an Apple TV.

You don't have to use airplay, they will be there in photos on your Apple TV.

I'm pretty sure that even Apple's Photos app on the Apple TV 4k does not display videos in 4k resolution yet.

This is what apple says, I do not know if they do or not though.

"Memories automatically creates collections of your best photos and videos, and Apple TV lets you see them in 4K. If you create Live Photo loops or bounces on your iPhone, you can share those on the big screen, too."

The "Memories" app looks like it is in 4k, but it's not the same as picking a picture or video in your library and playing it in 4k. Memories only shows specific pictures and video from a set time and groups them together.
