iPod touch how would you add.... (NES ROM file)

how would you add a NES ROM file for the NES emulater for my hacked ipod touch? i have the ROM file on my windows but ionno how to get it onto my ipod touch. i hacked it today btw i followed the 6 steps and it was flawless. (vista x32 premium fyi)
