HP promises OS X drivers for this scanner by May 2002 (accordining to their website when I bought the scanner in February 2002). Sometime during the summer - they changed the delivery date to late-fall 2002. The leaves have dropped from trees - but so far - update for the drivers! Customer service - score 0 The local distributers put me onto HP's own support department - charging $30 'to answer whatever question I asked'! Does anyone else share my frustration with HP?
