16gb 3G will give you internet on the move and GPS.

    Hi

first of all it's Israel not Isreal

there is many hot spots in Israel so ipad will suit you fine.
you better bring one from home since it's very expensive here.

I had no trouble when I brought my iPad to Israel, the only concern I had was how hot the iPad got, but that was in the summer, so it shouldn't be much of a problem now. Also, prepare to get some jealous/angry looks from people who pass by.

Are you actually asking about what "MiFi" type of device will work in Israel? That is the device that creates a portable wifi hot spot for 5 devices or so to share.

You'd need to know what carriers and such they had, and how easy it is to get pre-paid type of sims. Then what unlocked hardware you can get there. You might also want to see if someone will rent you a device for your trip.

I'm no help, but I think your terminology use isn't going to get you the answers you are looking for, so I'm just trying to help.
