I however, am not. Contemplating waiting a few months before trying to get the 5.

Why, have Samsung sales increased since the iPhone 5 launch?

I know I'm in the minority on this, but I don't think about products I don't intend on buying. Silly me I guess.

Or Samsung may grow more frustrated. Just because Apple is having production delays does that mean everyone waiting is going to cancel and order a Samsung.
For the people I know they will continue to wait probably just bitch and moan a little longer.

If I were a Samsung exec I would be somewhat irritated that people are willing to wait 3-4 weeks for a product that is technologically inferior (according to Samsung) than just buy the superior product Samsung is selling.

Samsung doesn't see "production delays," they see "50 gajillion people are clamoring to get the iPhone 5. Nothing good about that for them.

Never mind the fact that Samsung manufactures the A6 SoC, and the iPhone 5 is currently the only device that uses it...

Do you know Samesung have never ever allowed union? They threaten employees and/or fired all. Fandroids don't care about the tragedies. :(

The difference between iphone and all the other phone makers is that the iphone is easily identified by most people without Apple having to stick their name on the front. All the other makers have to place their big ugly name on front of phone, because most people would not be able to identify the phone or the brand without it. You know you own the market when people know exactly what the item is even without a name tag on it.

Too bad they forgot about making it "lag-free".

..And before the posts start coming about it not lagging...sorry, it does. All 4 cores worth.

SG3 has a bigger screen with oversaturated, unnatural colors. That's about where it ends.

it's so pathetic. people, who ordered it, have to wait 4 weeks at least. it shows that apple or subcontractors can't afford to follow that demand. if apple didn't break it with Samsung, people already received, and enjoy it.

Ditto. I have never drank Bud. But I don't spend hours debating with the bartender over its inferior quality to the beer I do drink.

I think people have seemed to forgot the problem Samsung had with the release of the pebble blue GS3. Remember the color problem? Remember Samsung having to destroy 600,000 backplates prior to assembly because of the color issues? Remember the delays because of this and only the white was available for awhile? Apparently Samsung fandroids have very short memories.

I'll never understand fanboys on either side of the line. The constant need to attack someone else's purchase or defend their own.

@OP, patience the IP5 wil come to you eventually. It's worth the wait ;).

Remember when it took apple a year to come out with the white iPhone4? Apparently apple fanboys have very short memories.
