I really would have liked a new iMac to replace my 27" from the end of 2017, but this will have to do. I'm assuming it's going to be a pretty great computer.

Apple M4 Pro chip with 14‑core CPU, 20‑core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine
48GB unified memory
2TB SSD storage
Apple Studio display

The iMac was doing great after I had replaced the hard drive with a 2GB SSD. I'll use it for something else moving forward.

But anyway... Everyone waiting for that new iMac can probably safely assume it'll be announced any day now.

I’m with you…… just picked up a new Mini pro and ASD in December after I was made to believe we’re not gonna get any more 27 inch iMacs, and now I hear we might get a 32 inch iMac Pro. If that’s true, anyone want to buy a slightly used 1TB Mini pro and ASD?? :D

I think 32" would be too big for my uses. I have three 27" monitors and I really don't want to go buying another two new 32's to match. 27" works out nicely for me. I'd have loved a new 27" iMac - and we may get one - but I think I'll be good with the Mini... I just wish I could realistically and very easily use my current 5k monitor. But I'll repurpose the old iMac...
