OK so I just received my 4S

I restored it from my backup (3gs). everything is fine, but i dont have siri.
If I press and hod the home button I get voice control instead!!

Anyone know this problem or how to fix it??

if you got voice control, sounds like you got a 4 and not 4s. where did you get your phone from>?

Not true. If you have Siri disabled you get the normal, non-internet-reliant, Voice Control which was in the 3GS and 4.

Just re-enable Siri in Settings > General > Siri.
 
Go settings-general-Siri and turn siri on. It is a known issue when you restore from a backup Siri is turned of for some reason and you need to turn it on.

I definetly have a 4S

I had it enabled in the settings but it didnt register for some reason.

now after the fifth reboot it works.
