Chrome is what opens when I tap on the link in an email (attachment) and every single time I have to download it to my files to see it.

If it opens in Safari it just opens, how do I change this so it will open in Safari

When I go to the Chrome app it says Safari is the default.

@Libertas if you are asking how you make Chrome your default browser in iOS 16 then follow the link below.

Right now it says the default browser is Safari, and when I open an attachment inside an email, a Gmail email, that attachment opens up in chrome and then forces me to download file into files in order to see it and that’s what I’m trying to avoid.

If the attachment in the email opens up in the Safari browser it let me look at it right then and there.

When I open the link in the email for this conversation it goes to chrome, even though default is set to Safari.
