I go to the Apple store to get my iPhone fixed, and the store is jam packed.
Around the corner is a Microsoft store.
In between the stores there is a water fountain and little grass area.

Microsoft Store is empty, 3 people inside and store crew is so bored they are tossing a football around on the grass field.

Later on we went to the Microsoft store to see (as I have never been inside).
Dead quiet. Besides us and an older couple no one else.
I did like a high end Dell notebook and a Lenovo all in one if you ask about the design...

    Cheers.

The Surface Pro 3 is pretty nice, so there's that.

The one shown at their website isn't full but looks busy.

The two stores closest to me are "Specialty" stores. "Specialty" apparently means they don't have a help desk.
