The AT&T rep told me I would have to reactivate my phone through iTunes. When I go to do it, my only option is to basically re-sign up for a plan, even though they are using my existing phone number. It says this requires a new 2 year service agreement! I can't get AT&T on the phone because it is Sunday. I really need my phone activated again, but I don't want to "modify my wireless service with AT&T" which is what I am being told is going to happen if I click Submit. Please someone help???
