I had to get a new SIM card for my phone

    The AT&T rep told me I would have to reactivate my phone through iTunes. When I go to do it, my only option is to basically re-sign up for a plan, even though they are using my existing phone number. It says this requires a new 2 year service agreement! I can't get AT&T on the phone because it is Sunday. I really need my phone activated again, but I don't want to "modify my wireless service with AT&T" which is what I am being told is going to happen if I click Submit.

    Please someone help???

    call 611 customer service and speak to one of there rep people. They fixed my activation problem within 2 minutes.

    I can't dial 611- my phone isn't active.
    And as I said, their call center is closed, as it is Sunday.

    I had my SIM replaced too, and it didn't help my problem.
    I can't enter a store, they're all busy and I've tried. Worst timing in the world. I have an appointment tomorrow with the Apple Genius Bar. I have no service for 4 days.
