I just finished folding 10,000 points in one day! This is going so well. I'm buying a round for everyone! :D

how many computers do you have running it? and why did your production decrease so much over time?

I'm not sure how many machines are running it now. There are lot's though. It's in a few departments anyway. Probably about 600-700 so far. More are on the way! As for the decrease in production, I used to have it running at my old place of employment. They went under and I lost my job. So for a long time I had no where to run folding. Here at my new job, I have access to more computers than I can shake a stick at!

Good work jethroted, thank you for folding. You are helping medical research and the team! ;)

Well, it says on the folding website that you only have 12 machines/procs running... You aren't working for Apple do you? Testing out those new G5's?
LOL :D

These threads don't mean much to me. Is it a bit like the system they use in Monsters Inc. to see who scares the most people?

actually, yes. 10,000 points/day is a huge goal for a mere mortal as far as folding goes. one computer might earn maybe 25-100 points in a day, so when one person can contribute over a thousand at a time, it is a huge boost. also, it gets other people fired up to possibly try and add new machines to the fold of... er... folding.

ur recent production is the most insane thing related to folding i have ever witnesed

one thing is certain; i am glad u are folding for us! u look to be passing up all us folding old timers in short and record time!

i saw the 10,000 in one day and was just amazed-- im very curious to see where ur daily stats equalize

jethroted, you have impressive stats. If you keep going at that rate you will be ranked number 1 of our team inside two months .

I have started folding again after taking a break for a few months. My G5's massive contribution is around 60 to 70 points a day - miniscule in comparison :).

They won't be equalizing any time soon! I have a lot more machines to put on.

What are the specs on these machines runing F@home?

They are all different. I have everything from 700 mhz p3's to 2.6 ghz p4's.

very nice! Now when will you break the 20k a day barrier

Give me another week. Ha ha ha, no, I'm serious. ;)

Amazing output, JT! :D

Our last couple of team point totals are well over 40k/day, too - just a bit more and we'll start catching back up to Team Mac OS X. :p

Well, I noticed that we are gaining on the current #18 Sudhian Media.

And here I am stuck with only one PB running F@H and another sTinker (16% complete after oner day). :D

I'm on it!

wow... that's all i can say. wow. i've been getting up in the ranks slowly but surely. rank 122 as of a minute ago. but wow. i'm always on the lookout for new machines to add but all the ones i get that would be awesome folders are being used as servers (just got a new dual 2.4GHz Xeon :) ) stupid servers... they would be much better utilized as folding work horses. :p
