I hope AT&T stepped up their activation server.

I remember last year it took me 3 hours just to get my phone activated, due to everyone trying to activate their own. Now with twice as many iPhone 5 preorders sold I hope they have bought more activation server space.

Doubt it. That means spending money and something AT&T won't do until they charge you a higher activation fee. :)

hopefully because deliveries will be spread out, AT&T will do something about activations processing without problem.

In the last year AT&T has doubled the activation fee... so activations better go damned sooth this time!

If my phone doesn't activate on the first try I will be calling AT&T and have them remove the rape charge i mean activation fee. No sense in paying $36 when you will have trouble activating.

Regardless, have them waive/credit the said fee.
