i recently added swirlyMMS to my iphone. but every time i try to send a picture message with it it says

"failed to send MMS Possible incorrect mmsc setting. Unexpected http response (HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden)"

if anybody knows how to fix this i would greatly appreciate it.

I've gone this route...

after trying all those others:

* Alltel: 1234567890@message.alltel.com
* AT&T: 1234567890@mms.att.net
* Boost Mobile: 1234567890@myboostmobile.com
* Cingular (AT&T): 1234567890@mms.mycingular.comNot sure if this works!
* Einstein PCS: 1234567890@einsteinmms.com
* Sprint: 1234567890@messaging.sprintpcs.com
* T-Mobile: 1234567890@tmomail.net
* US Cellular: 1234567890@mms.uscc.net
* Verizon Wireless: 1234567890@vzwpix.com
* Virgin Mobile: 1234567890@vmobl.com

I added these to my friend's cell phone numbers and all it took was to find out what carrier they were using. Now, I have their pic phone numbers under ADD Email. Good Luck. :cool:

I've had some trouble with vzwpix rejecting messages. Not sure why. Do you have to have a subject in the subject line? Can it not be over a max number of characters? Can there be any text in the body, or just the picture? Are there any hard and fast rules about these things?

Just recently...

I started having problems with the Verizon Pics, but I thought maybe it was b/c my brother bought a new phone. I've kept the subject line limited to a very brief description and I usually have text in the body of the message. I'll update these if I track down any changes. :cool:
