Yea your right. My son lost some songs when his iPod forced him to upgrade when running the beta of ios 5. He called apple and they allowed him to redownload all of his music.

On a separate note, it's a nice movie. Can't wait for the sequel to come out!

Ok so after 45 minutes on the phone with Appple support (which apparntlely I only have 4 more days of), they credited my account $4.99 for the rental.

Good I can't wait to watch it, you dont have to wait for the sequel the Avengers movie is coming soon.

I dont see what support availability would have anything to do with this type of problem since it wasn't iPad related but rather a movie licensing issue, either way glad to know they worked with you on this issue.

It's Apple customer service. You know. The thing that they are #1 in the world at. Lose your iTunes library and see how good they are at letting you download it again.

For this sort of thing it's probably easiest to use the support links within iTunes. They seem to be good about doing refunds for stuff like this, and no phone call needed.
