Feeling the same. Once I got to ~20 OEM bands, with at least of one of each major style, the appeal has started to wane. Pretty sure I have at least one style in all the major colors, except white.

For a long time I would buy different versions with the expectation that each new style could become my "new favorite". But after all these years and trials, I've settled on the sport band for working out/daily, and a Trail Loop or Alpine Loop as the mood suits.

There really aren’t any Apple bands I can wear other than the older leather buckles, and the leather links. Sports bands make my arm itch so badly, and I’m between sizes on the braided solo loops and solo loops (even though the solo loops also make me itch). I mostly wear knockoff braided loops as my daily, with my leather buckles and a stainless link band (knockoff) for nicer occasions.

Suffice it to say I have a pretty small collection of bands these days.

A while ago I shifted my collection from retail to prototype bands. I still collect retail bands that are gotta-haves for me, like the Nike sport bands, but most of my collection now (That I'm excited about, anyway) is proto.

I think this switch gave me a renewed excitement for finding new bands to add to my collection.

I have a band problem, about two months ago. I had close to 50 original Apple bands which took me almost 2 years to accumulate. About two months ago I bought a series 9 Hermes SBSS and went on a bands spree accumulating about 45 bands including 20 Hermes bands.
I was very careful to make sure that every purchase was a good deal at 30 to 70% off of the retail price. Today I’m at 96 Bands and 4 watches. It’s been a fun, enjoyable and expensive experience, but now that I’m close to 100 bands I think it’s time to slow down, there are still bands out there that I want, But I’m going to take my sweet time getting them. I may have a band problem, but no problem.
