iChat & AIM: "You have attempted to login too often in a short period of time"

    My wife is experiencing the "You have attempted to login too often in a short period of time" error on iChat. This only started once I added push notifications on her AIM iPhone app on her iPhone. I logged in and out a few times on each which gave me this error message. The problem is, I've waiting quite some time, deleted the com.apple.ichat files, rebooted, and still I cannot connect via iChat or via AIM on her iPhone. Anybody have any ideas?

    Edit: I ended up waiting a few hours, not minutes like I was notified, and all seems to be working now...

    Did you find this to be a permanent solution?

    I started receiving this last night, so left it to the morning after and it worked......for about 5 minutes. And then I received the below error again.

    It's only related to my AIM account. I've tried changing my port and selecting SSL in my iChat Prefs. I've also deleted the .plist files. Still the same problem!

    It's an AIM problem

    Popped up on my macbook but was also on my iphone app. Simply create a new account
