iCloud Drive: What Is, And How To Get Ride Of ? Thanks.

Hello,

It might be hat old age thing again, but I don't think I ever saw this before.

There is a text box on my window that shows "iCloud Drive"

What is iCloud Drive ? I never downloaded it, or asked for it.

Causing me a problem with a program, as it comes up, seems to take control, but only allows selection
of Folders, not text or other files.

How do I get rid of "iCloud anything" ?

All I want is the basic window, and the ability to select Folders, Text files, etc.

your iCloud Drive is a standard part of your macOS system. Comes with your Mac system (since OS X 10.10 (Yosemite)), no need to ask for it.
