Ideal monitor for new 2018 MacBook Air

I am wondering what are some of the best mid range 23-25” monitors that will work well with the new MB air? This will be for my office and I’ll be looking at the screen all day.

I'm using a Thinkvision 27 inch (it also comes in 25 inch) and it's got a great integrated USB-C dock. Charges devices up to 45w, connects display and peripherals, all via one cable. The 1440p panel is pretty good, as well.

Dell P2415Q has a really good 4K 24" screen, I use it at both work and home with MBP 15" 2015.
It's probably not an ideal one as it won't charge Air though.
