I need to put several videos I've been editing onto a DVD... but I am having problems w/ iDVD...

Process "EncoderServer" is taking up ~130% processor and I cant do anything w/ iDVD. Tried closing and restarting iDVD, nothing. Tried restarting the MBP, nothing. I need to get these vids onto a DVD today! Please help!
