If I forgot login password, can I access my saved passwords in Keychain?

If I forgot login password, can I access my saved passwords in Keychain such as Encrypted Hard Drive's pass?
 
Nope... you can reset the admin password and that will let you login, but it won't unlock the Keychain.
 
If you have your Keychain linked to your iCloud account, you may be able to access it from another device, provided you can log in to iCloud.
