One military vet has come up with a great incentive for Trump to show his taxes....charity! He has set up a crowdsourcing page that has drawn considerable money already. Money that goes to charity should Trump show his taxes. Come on Mr. Trump! You wouldn't want to look like a jerk to vets would you?! :D

Some pretty powerful words in the video interview:

    http://on.msnbc.com/2dbGKjQ

And wow. The original goal was only a million dollars and blew through that quite quickly. As of this creation of this thread already over 6 million and goal has been raised to 8 million. Nice!

Perfect! Trump should raise the stakes and match whatever the end amount is if Hillary produces her 30,000 emails. :D

Maybe something along the lines of "If Hillary cared for the Country she would release her emails."

Trump: “I’ll release my tax returns when you get Hillary to take independent polygraph with questions such as: Do you feel any remorse or guilt for arming jihadists who then used your guns to perpetrate the Black Libyan Genocide? Are you sorry for causing other black Christians to be killed by beheading en masse?”

Actually, the way she plays fast and loose with the rules and her mid-east stance we need more body armor.

Over a billion in case sent to Iran on pallets on private jets would pay for a lot of body armor, eh?

    So agree.
The way we (modern) try to fight wars is like boxing when we should be doing MMA.

I'm reminded of that scene in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom where after Indy had fought off so many people with his whip, a guy comes out with two swords with blazin' moves.. Indy just looks at him, pulls out his gun, and offs him. :p

Do you believe the US should have no involvement in the Middle East?

Leave it to both the far left wing and far right wing to **** all over something nice. Not a single comment that this was a nice idea or that maybe they would help out too. Or that the vet who set this up had a good point. Or that he was a good man. Nothing.

Nope...just a bunch of pigeons flying by, doing what they do to chess boards.

Disappointing to say the least. :(

Trump is a Vietnam Draft Dodger who calls real heros cowards. Sums up his support for veterans.

Didn't he say he would, as soon as Clinton released here emails? Did she do this already?

Some, just not what it has today.
Trying to run a "war?" by political rules by armchair politicians against a multitude of countries/tribes that are essentially religious parliamentary regimes.
If it's a war, let the military loose; no hamstringing. If it's politics, be realistic that the cultural ethic encourages untruthfulness when dealing with westerners.

Obliterate it, blockade it, or educate it into a market economy.
    Pick one.

As a vet, I am dead set against your proposal. However I did fight to ensure your right to propose it.

What market economy? The same market that tells us "competition is good" while using price wars and buyouts to eliminate competition?

Don't tell us that there's limited competition for private insurance firms since more than 20 exist that won't give a **** once your money stops going in and you actually have to use what you've been paying for!

So we already know this market malarkey isn't working out, after 36 years of trickle down supply side deregulation and so on, we are nowhere near the utopia Reagan claimed would be. Instead, the rich got huge entitlements while the middle class got more tax hikes... and more jobs going offshore... did the guy who said he wanted government to drown in a bathtub, Grover Norquist, expect today's hell based on his original comment to come to pass? It's a shame Osama didn't say the same line, imagine how people would react to that? Still, he got off on saying how he wanted to drown the government but never said what would go in its place. Shouldn't that concern his most ardent follower, or can't they think that far ahead?

Best of all, the URL seems to say a lot on its own:

Maybe the charity can donate the money instead of begging the middle/working class for $20 each to do their giving for them? We're already swamped and in a day and age of stagnating wages and skyrocketing costs of necessities.

Well what he said about McCain wasn't the nicest thing. Though I would say the last time McCain did anything "honorable" was Pre-Senate.

Can't release what doesn't exist. Also one of those things is something that has been released by candidates as a matter of routine for the last forty years. The other is not.

A loose term for those who used the deferment process to avoid serving during the Vietnam War. A loop hole that the rich and powerful used very effectively. Example, the minimum deferment was going full time to college. Back then, only those who had money, scholarships, high GPA SAT scores got into college, could apply in this category. Leaving a good many without any option but to serve, unless they had other deferments. Trump used college and a medical deferment. Then to judge soldiers who did serve, like John McCain and PTSD wounded shows very little respect. Really earns the Draft Dodger moniker in my opinion.

And now Don has said vets with PTSD aren't strong. He really has no respect for the military at all.

    I donated several days ago.

I hate seeing vets used as political footballs like this, they gave all for our country and here we are saying "if" you do this we'll donate to them. Either donate or don't but stop using them for stunts.

I doubt that Trump nor Clinton REALLY love their veterans unless we serve their political endgame.

I wonder how much of the money will actually go to any of the veteran-centric organizations?
