iLife '08 install question.

I recently purchased iLife '08 to replace '06. I bought it specifically to use with footage from the JVC Everio HD camera.

My question is, if I install '08 does it automatically replace '06? Or can I use both, like when I use classic environment?

And, when I'm done with this particular project, can I uninstall '08 and reinstall '06 if I choose?
